Starting in the mortgage business well over 20 years ago as a loan originator, Colleen has the experience you need in your office. There are not a lot of loan processors out there who have stuck around in the industry for this long! As a former mortgage executive responsible for running large mortgage company's day to day operations, Colleen brings expertise to the job that is unparalleled. These skills allow her to think outside the box and help you find, sell and keep more transactions. Colleen started Clear to Close as a contract loan processor in 2007- at a time when contract processing was a new idea to the industry. You could almost say she wrote the book on how to outsource your processing. She will work tirelessly to make both you and your borrowers happy!
